President
of Alfalah Norway visits READ Foundation

11, 2007, Islamabad: The Alflah Norway, a Norway
based welfare community organization, has signed a Memorandum
of understanding with the READ Foundation comprising of
a pilot project for rebuilding of primary schools in “Khanda
Bala, Hattian Bala, District Muzaffarabad” as a
part of national and |

international humanitarian efforts to rehabilitate and
rebuild earth quake ravaged school system in AJK and Pakistan.
This MoU was signed on Monday, 11th of June 2007 by the
President of Alflah Norway, Mr. Muhammad Anwar and Mr.
Mahmood Ahmad Chairman READ Foundation, during their visit
to READ Foundation’s headquarter office in Islamabad.
The delegates were briefed by the Chairman READ Foundation
about the ongoing educational activities, especially being
carried out by the Foundation in the earthquake region.
The delegation assured continued support to the foundation
in advancing the great humanitarian cause. |
