Distribution
of School Bags/Books programme
for over 6,770 children
Islamabad,
April 30, 2007: Islamic
Development Bank, Jeddah, KSA have joined hands with READ
Foundation and have donated an amount of Rs. 5,400,000/-
for distribution of school bags/ books in the districts
of Muzaffarabad, Bagh and Poonch.
This project worth a total of Rs. 18,867,005,789/-.
The donation is being allocated for the provision of
educational supplies to 6,770 children in earthquake
affected children in 126 schools.
The donation package includes cost of
supplies like:
1. School Bags
2. Stationary
3. Books
4. Admin cost carrying out this project etc….
