Foundation is registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission
of Pakistan (SECP) as a not-for-profit company under the Companies
Ordinance, 1984. It has Tax Exemption Status with the Central
Board of Revenue (CBR). READ Foundation is certified by the Pakistan
Centre for Philanthropy (PCP) based on three key parameters:
Governance, Financial practices and Program Delivery.
